Promotion Period and Method of Entry

1. The Promoter of this competition is CFG Financial Advisers.

2. The Promotion Period for Prize commences on 25th February 2021 and closes on 31st May 2021. One winner to be drawn every month at random.

3. To be eligible to enter the Promotion and win the Prize, you must book a free consultation.

4. Entrants may only enter the Promotion once.

5. The Promotion is only open to people living in New Zealand.

6. The winners will be notified by email or phone once a prize draw has been made within 7 working days of the draw.

7. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period (5 days) the Promoter has the right to re-draw.

8. The Promoter is entitled, in its absolute discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions (including, without limitation, substituting prizes that it believes are of similar value or benefit) or to cancel the promotion at any time without prior notification.

Prizes and Conditions

1. There are three prizes to be won. Each prize comprises a $100 Prezzy Card.

2. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and is not redeemable for cash.

3. Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, CFG Financial Advisers are not responsible or liable for any loss suffered by any entrant in the event that a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. In this event, CFG Financial Advisers will substitute a prize of its choice.
